Nicole Fernandez is a public health leader, educator, and communications specialist whose work is rooted in care and healing with purpose. Dedicated to advancing equity through trauma-informed and community-centered practice, her expertise spans the education, non-profit, and public health sectors, with a focus on maternal and cardiac health spaces.

Nicole works across all age ranges to develop strategies that address systemic barriers while uplifting community voices. Her services include writing curriculum, designing programming for various audiences, and curating restorative community events. A certified Community Health Worker, Forest Therapy Guide, and Lifestyle & Wellness Coach (Harvard Medical School Executive Education), Nicole integrates public health principles with culturally responsive engagement to build safe environments where BIPOC communities can thrive.

Nicole holds a MA in Innovation and Leadership and a graduate certificate in Youth Development.
